Download Online App Box . BAR CODE FONTS, FONTS RENAME
The Universal Product Code has been used in the North American retail industry since 1973. There are two different versions of UPC bar codes, UPC-A and UPC-E. The UPC-A bar code is 12 digits long, including its checksum. UPC-E bar codes are special shortened versions of UPC-A bar codes and are 6 digits long. Both UPC-A and UPC-E bar codes may have optional 2 or 5 digit supplemental codes appended to them. Our scalable TrueType and PostScript bar code fonts comes in five different aspect ratios, so you can vary the height and width of the bars independent of each other. This lets you print bar codes with the same height, but different horizontal print densities. The online manual comes in Rich Text format. Just print a copy of the manual to see how to use these fonts to print bar codes. UPC bar codes encode fixed length numeric data. A checksum is required, and checksum calculation is complex. VBA functions for Access and Excel make using our fonts in those programs a breeze. Our bar code set includes BARUPC.EXE a utility, which builds bar code strings and generates checksums for you and Word label templates. The BarUPC program can export bar codes as bmp, gif, jpg, or png graphic files.

Codabar was developed in 1972 and is used in libraries, blood banks, and some air parcel services. It is easy to use, does not use a checksum, and lets you code numbers, four letters letters, and some punctuation. This bar code set includes TrueType and PostScript fonts in both a standard, (just bar codes), and a human readable, (bar codes with text or numbers below), versions of Codabar. Each of these scalable TrueType bar code fonts comes in six different aspect ratios, so you can vary the height and width of the bars independent of each other. This lets you print bar codes with the same height, but different horizontal print densities. We include VBA functions so you can use these fonts directly in Excel or Access and Word label templates. You also get our utility program, Codabar.exe, which helps you format Codabar strings. The online manual comes in Rich Text format- compatible with any word processor. Just print a copy of the manual to see how to use these soft fonts to print bar codes.

Batch Font Renamer. Give each font a name that speaks for itself with one click! Got a font collection? Got a collection, but no order in it? Start by giving font files the names corresponding to the full font names. For example, you can rename MLON_I.TTF to Milion Italic.ttf. This name speaks for itself, it is simple and clear. How to do it? Easily. Select a folder with fonts and click the Rename button. That's all. The program itself will find out which font each file contains and give it the corresponding name. Additional options. Processing subfolders. Suppose you have a large collection of fonts with a lot of folders in it. Just select the parent folder containing all subfolders and specify that the program should process subfolders. Names without spaces. You can remove all spaces from names if you need it for some reasons. Program features. All fonts in the Windows fonts folder will be ignored. Characters that cannot be used in file names will be replaced with spaces or removed. For example, «:», «/», «?». In case double spaces emerge, they will be replaced with single ones. Summary. The program is absolutely free and even if you have burned your collection to a CD, it makes sense to copy it to your hard disk, rename all font files and record it again on a CD. Do not forget to recommend the program to your friends.
