Außerdem ist es möglich bei Geburtstagen automatisch Emails zu versenden. Termine sind als Alarm definierbar. Der Kalender auf dem Desktop kann die Wochenansicht,5-Tages, oder Monatsansicht darstellen. Der Kalender arbeitet mit dem Microsoft Agent® zusammen, welcher die Zeit ansagen, vordefinierte Sprüche aufsagen, oder die Zwischenablage vorlesen kann. Es ist möglich mit der Anwendung vCalendar - Dateien und vCard - Dateien zu erstellen. Somit können Sie ganz leicht per Drag&Drop eine Adresse in eine andere Anwendung ziehen.
