CL-Tools 4Win is a free suite of user interfaces for several command line utilities otherwise available only in DOS Mode. These four are used often here and I thought I would make them available to anyone that might have use for them. The suite includes GUI’s for Microsoft’s CDImage, Cabarc, MakeCab and UPX by Markus F.X.J. Oberhumer, László Molnár and John F. Reiser.
CDImage 4Win
The purpose of CDIMAGE is to generate an ISO CD/DVD image from the contents of a folder on the hard drive. There are options which can control various ISO image's properties like volume label, time stamp, optimize storage, boot sector file and more. If you have a CD with multiple software versions, you can author a CD that will only write the same files once, so the same physical content on the CD/DVD can appear in multiple directories while saving a substantial amount of space. It will also create bootable images of Operating Systems Windows 98, Millennium, NT, Windows 2000, Media Center Edition, XP, Windows 2003 and Vista applying the Boot Sector files and Volume label. (Boot files included)
Cabarc 4Win
Cabarc is a utility that creates and extracts cabinet files. The cabinet format provides a way to efficiently package multiple files. The key features of the cabinet format are that multiple files may be stored in a single cabinet (“CAB file”); and that data compression is performed across file boundaries, significantly improving the compression ratio
MakeCab 4Win
MakeCAB is a data compression tool that can be to compress or extract Windows Setup Cab files such as .dl_ .ex_ .sy_ .bm_ .oc_ .gi_ .wa_ .mi_, etc. Although it was originally designed for use by setup programs, it can also be used in almost any situation where lossless data compression is required.
UPX 4Win
UPX is a portable, extendable, high-performance executable packer for several different executable formats. It achieves an excellent compression ratio and offers *very* fast decompression.

An executable compressor, PEC compresses Windows modules (EXE, DLL, SCR, etc..) substantially, while leaving them able to be run just as before. At runtime, compressed modules are rapidly decompressed in memory. Smaller (<50%) size usually means quicker load time. PECompact generally compresses files much smaller than if they had been compressed by modern data compression software such as RAR. This is accomplished by restructuring and pre-processing that make modules more compressible. Compression also adds a layer of security to modules that resists tampering and reverse engineering. PECompact supports multiple compression formats, including LZMA, through the use of CODEC plug-ins. Custom loaders (decompression) stubs and API hook plugins are also able to be utilized. Advanced configuration includes selection of resource types that should be compressed as well as other parameters that offer a great deal of control over how modules are compressed. A GUI and console mode application that supports wildcards and directory recursion are included. PECompact is in the software PECompact is a truly modern exe packer / exe compressor.
