iSMARTtrain is a Mac OS X application for storing and reviewing your athletic training. It allows download of data from Polar Heart Rate Monitors. It is designed for use by multi-sport athletes, such as triathletes and duathletes, but can be used equally well by single-sport athletes, such as cyclists, runners, rowers or swimmers.
The software also allows you to review your training and race data as a graph, a table or as a monthly calendar. A Summary of the data can also be displayed, showing total distances, times, etc., per week or month. Equipment use can also be tracked as can user-defined values such as weight and energy burned.

The reason behind continuing computer evolution is the continuing thirst we have for speed and capacity of our computers. Way back in 1947 an engineer and computing expert, Howard Aiken, predicted that all the United States need to satisfy its need for computers were six digital electronic computers. Other scientists and engineers that followed Aiken added to the volume they predicted as being adequately massive, but were also far too conservative.
Avoid touching the connectors or chips on any computer card. You should ideally always store memory and computer cards in proper anti-static bags to avoid this damage. I have heard of people buying some memory out of a bucket at a computer fair or boot sale and wondering why it doesn't work when they fix it.
Sometimes it is cheaper and worthwhile to hire a professional computer repair service. I know it may cost a fortune, but find someone who had hired them before and is trust worthy. They can do the job quicker and probably better, without any risk of damaging your computer.
