WHOS-IN Pro is an easy to use Windows in-out board program for businesses that need to keep track of who's in and who's out of the office. With WHOS-IN there is no more time wasted checking a wall-mounted Office Board to see if someone is In, Out, or at Lunch... all the information you need is presented on screen in an easy to read format. Having a snapshot or status view of your co-workers whereabouts makes it possible to give better information to callers, and to avoid putting telephone calls through to employees who are not at their desks. WHOS-IN also reduces wasted time when an employee needs to find a co-worker to talk to him or her. Setting your (or others) status is VERY simple, fast, and intuitive, ensuring that the program will be used consistently. A simple Out to Lunch notification requires as little as one mouse-click, and you are on your way. WHOS-IN can also set your Status to IN when the program starts, and OUT when it shuts down, which further enhances its ease-of-use, and gives the added benefit that people do not need to remember to update their own status at these times. WHOS-IN can also access remote copies in branch offices across your high-speed (T1+ preferred) Wide Area Network, allowing you to examine the status of people at an interstate or inter-city location. Imagine the time and money saved in long distance phone calls if you already know someone is On Vacation for example. Equally, there is no need to restrict the use of WHOS-IN to just people either... You can just as easily keep tabs on Vehicles, Laptops, Cell Phones, Meeting Rooms, or just about any other item you care to think of - the potential uses are almost limitless. WHOS-IN is designed to be easy to use, however it is also highly configurable, with user defined colored Status buttons on the ToolBar, Groups or Departments displayed in Tab format, and your custom company logo for the background.

Roll Call is an employee in and out board and a secure instant messaging system. The main fallacy of in and out boards is people forget to change their status. With Roll Call, you only need to remember to change it when you leave your desk, not when you return. When you click your mouse or type on your keyboard for the first time after being away from your desk, Roll Call will automatically change your status to "desk". If you happen to leave your desk and forget to change your status, Roll Call will change it to "idle" after a given amount of time. When you remember to change your status, Roll Call makes it easy by allowing you to type a hotkey or select a status from a popup menu that is presented when Roll Call's tray icon is right clicked. For instance, you can define a hotkey to change your status to "lunch", another to "home", etc. No matter what the forefront application is, you can enter a key sequence to change your status. Roll Call's tray icon also graphically represents what your status is. When you change your status, Roll Call saves you time by defaulting to a reasonable return time. If "lunch" or "break", the current time plus the typical amount of time you take for lunch or a break respectively. If "home", the next business day at your typical arrival time. The calculation of the next business day considers company holidays that you provide and weekends. Roll Call provides additional information. Associated with each employee record is a notes section, group list, email address and a phone list. Groups are useful because the employee list can be filtered to only show those associated with a particular group.
