Gnostice Print2eDoc is a software printer based electronic document conversion tool that enables any Windows® application that can print to an installed printer, to generate PDF, JPG, TIFF and other formats.
Print2eDoc optionally integrates with Microsoft® Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint®. Through this integration it is possible to export special elements of Office documents. For example, when converting a Microsoft® Word document to PDF, you can choose to convert "Comments" to "Notes" (note annotations), “FormFields” to “PDF Forms”, etc. When converting an Excel file, you have the option of adding bookmarks for the worksheets. Also, Outlook E-Mail attachments can be converted as PDF attachments.
Print2eDoc provides a rich set of options to specify exactly how the output document should appear, what it should contain, how its images should be compressed, etc. As there are different requirements recurring different times, Print2eDoc supports "Document Creation Profiles", which allow users to save their conversion settings.
Gnostice Print2eDoc goes beyond just converting documents to PDF. The Preview/Designer feature of the application allows you to add numerous enhancements to your converted PDF documents. For example, it is possible to add bookmarks, comments (note annotations), and markups (link annotations) to the PDF documents. It supports adding PDF form elements such as text fields, combo boxes, Check boxes, Radio buttons, list boxes, and buttons to the generated documents. You can even specify submit or JavaScript actions to buttons
Converted documents can be shared by automatically E-mailing them as attachments to the recipients configured via E-mail settings, uploading to the NNTP news groups and also by uploading to FTP site.

Print2eDoc SDK ships with the deployment kit for ROYALTY-FREE deployment. This Deployment Kit can be used in your installer or through command line, to silently install Print2eDoc in the target system. Customizing the Printer Name and Private Branding option is also available.
Print2eDOC SDK supports VB, .NET, Delphi, C/C++ and any COM-compliant development platforms. Gnostice Print2eDoc is fully self-contained. It does not require any external PDF software such as Adobe® PDF library, Adobe Acrobat® Professional or Ghostscript. |
