QSearchFolders creates search folders and manage existing search folders in all versions of MS Outlook and in each place in an Outlook tree. It makes the automatic scanning of Outlook folder such as email and contacts, tasks, calendars possible independently of where they are put down. Search Folders are a way to gather email messages and other Microsoft Outlook items into a folder based on your search criteria. For example, you want to see all email messages that you have not yet read. The messages can be viewed from but are not stored in Search Folders. Search Folders are virtual folders that contain views of messages that might be in the Inbox and other folders you have created. Search Folders find the messages or data you're looking for, based on their content or some other significant attribute (such as whom they're from or whether you want to follow up). Search Folders are a quick and convenient way to look at collections of e-mail messages based on their content, not their locations. One of the new features of Outlook 2003 are search folders, once created the for example show all your unread messages in all folders or messages matching any criteria. Search folders automatically search the specified folders in the background and update themselves if the data changes. Search folders are a part of MAPI, the data base engine on which Outlook is based and are part of the definition since the first version of MAPI which was introduced about 1995. In other words, all versions of Outlook are able to display search folders, missing is only a user interface which allows creating them. In fact, all versions of Outlook are using search folders in the extended search dialog. The extended search creates a search folder in the non-visible part of the Outlook Folder list and opens a window displaying this folder. QSearchFolders works also with any personal folders files in an Exchange Server 2000 & 2003 environment and with OLfolders for Microsoft Outlook networks.

Synchronization of Outlook folders - QSynchronization is a Microsoft Office Outlook 97 to 2007 add-in without or additionally to a Microsoft Exchange or OLfolders Server. QSynchronization, the synchronization program for Outlook synchronizes folders uni- or bi-directional by a simple click of a button - contacts, appointments, tasks, emails, journal entries and all other kinds of Outlook objects including user defined forms allow you to work offline with shared data. It can synchronize any folder type for example between a notebook or PDA and a desktop, between shared folders and personal folders. Communicate at each time at each place. High lights: Take data store in your personal or shared folders with you while travelling with your notebook; publish your calendar to a shared folder, synchronize your private calendar with a shared calendar; back up your data to a different file. Automatic synchronization on start-up or shutdown of Outlook can be configured for each folder separately. The tool is designed to recover lost or forgotten passwords for the mail accounts and pst files of the Microsoft Outlook mail client.
Recovery ToolBox for Outlook Password is a program that recovers forgotten or lost passwords for mail accounts and also passwords for LDAP services that the Microsoft Outlook mail client uses in its work. Recovery ToolBox for Outlook Password also recovers passwords for password-protected Microsoft Outlook data files (files with the pst extension) that the Microsoft Outlook mail client uses to store user data (contacts, messages, reminders, notes, tasks). The tool recovers passwords and visualizes account settings of the Microsoft Outlook mail client for the following mail accounts and services: Microsoft Exchange Server, POP3 mail servers, IMAP mail servers, HTML mail servers (e.g. Hotmail and MSN), Microsoft LDAP Directory, Microsoft Mail.
Recovery ToolBox for Outlook Password can be used to recover passwords to mail accounts and also to display the mail and service settings of all versions of the Microsoft Outlook mail client: (starting from Microsoft Outlook 97 to Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007).
Recovery ToolBox for Outlook Password can also be used to recover forgotten or lost passwords for *.pst files created in various versions of the Microsoft Outlook mail client: Microsoft Outlook 97 - Microsoft Outlook 2002 and Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007.
As an additional feature, Recovery ToolBox for Outlook Password can save the configuration of Microsoft Outlook identities to a plain text file. All settings of mail accounts, including the settings of IMAP and HTML mail accounts, will be saved to this file. Besides, this text file will contain the settings of data folders and personal address books, the main settings of the LDAP, Microsoft Mail and Microsoft Exchange Server services.
Recovery ToolBox for Outlook Password is compatible with all versions of the Microsoft Windows operating system higher than Microsoft Windows 95.
