LTProf is a small but powerful code profiler tool for VC++, CBuilder, Delphi and VB applications. Although small, it has a combination of features difficult to find in even the most expensive tools available today:
Line level resolution
One of the best features of LTProf. Most profilers have a function-level resolution, that is, they can display a list of functions and the time spent in each one. LTProf goes further and displays graphically, on the source file, time spent by each line of code, relative to the function it belongs to. Thus if you have a long algorithm you can see which parts of it are the most time consuming.
No instrumentation, no rebuild, no time wasted
Unlike most profilers on the market LTProf does not require a rebuild or an instrumentation step. The normal build of your application can be profiled at any stage in its development, without any other adjustments.
Profiled program runs at its normal speed
Instrumented programs have additional code inserted in every function to measure the time spent, which greatly reduces the program's speed because some of the instrumented functions are called very often. It is not uncommon that slow programs become completely unusable after instrumentation.
LTProf does not change your application in any way, which means it can run at its normal speed, making your life a lot easier. The amount of processor time consumed by LTProf itself can be adjusted by setting the sampling resolution.
Profile VC++, CBuilder, Delphi and Visual Basic code
as well as any application that stores debug information in PDB/TDS files. LTProf is not language-oriented and it can analyze any program as long as it contains debug information in PDB/TDS files. It can do so even in cross-language applications, for example an EXE written in C++ that uses VB components.

Worlds first and currently only code profiler for .NET Compact Framework. All other .NET CF profilers deal with memory profiling. This tool deals with profiling the execution of the code for locating performance bottlenecks.
At EQATEC we are experts in embedded development, both native (C/C++) or managed (C#). We have completed many large .NET CF projects. We have the only Microsoft embedded MVP in Scandinavia. We've been doing embedded development for about 10 years now.
In 2006-2007, when developing a really large .NET Compact Framework application in C# for Windows CE, we looked around for a .NET CF code profiler. Surprisingly there were none. All we found were memory-profilers, i.e. for tracking object allocations and memory usage. That's useful too, but not if you want to pinpoint bottlenecks to improve your application's performance.
So we built our own code profiler. And it works really, really well.
We've used it for a year on this particularly large application (7-8000 methods in 40-50 DLLs) and easily found and fixed performance bottlenecks that would have been very hard to spot without a code profiler. We've even integrated the profiling-step in our autobuild. The profiling-step is very quick and the profiled code is only 40-50% bigger and runs 20-25% slower. Profilers can easily make your code run 2-10 times slower, so ours is quite efficient.
Because it works so well, and there are no other code profilers like it, we decided to make it available to all other .NET CF developers. And we decided to do so for free, so it won't cost you anything. Just download it and start optimizing your own application, or try profiling the demo-app we’ve included.

Powerful but simple user interface
The user inteface minimises the effort required to work on puzzles and
lets you concentrate on finding the solution. For example, at any time
a single mouse click will pop-up the possible combinations for any row
or column. And they are always up to date, so you don't have to remember
them or use tables.
You can colour cells and candidates to help identify
patterns. Inconsistent or incorrect answers can be shown as you set
them and all moves can be undone. The solution for a single cell or
the whole puzzle can be shown at any stage. You can select the hint
which is easiest to understand or the one which removes the most
candidates.

SourGumdropK's built-in puzzles are given a difficulty rating depending
on the algorithms required in their solution and puzzles can be
selected based on their difficulty.
Puzzles can be read from files or entered via a built-in editor.
SourGumdropK can solve all puzzles. Entered puzzles are checked for
internal consistency and for having a single solution.
The appearance of the program can be set using a configuration
option. The Python source code is included.
